The girls are hanging above the mud vats, they’re asked questions in turn, getting right means their opponent gets lowered slightly into the tank, get it wrong and they get lowered into the tank slightly. Eventually one of the girls gets lowered into the tank enough that the overhead tank releases cold mud all over them, then they must dunk their head under the mud to get fully covered.
