Rhian and Poppy are in their Lingerie, but todays exercise requires them to be in clothes Rhian explains, they get dressed helping each other as they do and then go into the dunk tank in terns, before getting in together to play about in the water holding breath underwater and laying across the top of the tank etc.

At the end they get out and strip off their clothes to dry them off before putting them back on.
