Belinda and Casey start with their hair up in buns they are getting super competitive ready for a mud wrestle, they bicker about each other then go and brush and sort their hair out. They come back and remove their shoes and get into the mud pit. Ready steady wrestle. They wrestle each other getting muddy and messy. Getting their hair all covered in mud, The camera moves around trying to show the messy hair up close between breaks and during chatting. In the end they scrape the mud off and get then wash off.
